Please read through this entirely before contacting me about commissions!
By commissioning RockinRoxyArts you agree to comply with these terms and acknowledge that you will be held to them.
These terms of service are subject to change at any time without notice.Last updated: June 7, 2025

Age Requirement
I will only accept commissions from people 18 years or older.
A parent/gaurdian may commission me on behalf a minor; full responsibility will be given to the parent/guardian.
ID proof is required.Privacy Policy
All personal information such as identification, addresses, etc. will not be shared, any and all private information will be deleted once it is no longer of use to the commission process.
In return, I ask that you do not share the return address on the packages and make sure any personal info is covered up / not shown in unboxing videos or pictures.Allergy Warning
I have a dog that sheds, I will try my best to keep him away from my workspace but there is still a chance of accidental dog fur.Commission Use
All character rights are the intellectual property of the commissioner, however RockinRoxyArts has the right to use images of their work for promotional purposes. If you are not comfortable with me posting your commission, please do not commission me.
Once you have recieved your fursuit, you may do whatever you'd like with it!
you may credit me @RockinRoxyArts by tagging any of my socials in bios/captions/etc.My fursuits are not intended to be used/worn for extended periods of time.
I am not liable for any injuries or damages caused by improper use and/or care of the fursuit.
I recommend doing research on owning a fursuit before you consider commissioning one!Reference sheets / art
The commissioner is required to provide a reference sheet showing a clear representation of their fursona/character with at least a front, back, and side view.
Additional art pieces that best represent your character are also very useful! (not required)
Failure to provide a reference sheet or any requested information such as measurements, preferred materials, etc. May result in a rejection of the commission.Time / Deadlines
Average turnaround time for fursuits is 3 - 6 months depending on complexity, resources, queue, etc.
I DO NOT do deadlines! Priority is purely based on time, older commissions will be finished first.
If there is an upcoming event, you may let me know BEFORE commissioning me and I will determine whether I can get it done before then, but this is NOT guaranteed!!During the time your commission is in progress, I will make sure to give you updates when noticeable progress has been made
I still have responsibilities and priorities outside of commissions, so please understand that I do not have all the time in the world!Payment
I accept payments through Cashapp, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.
I require a 30% down payment to secure a commission slot and cover material costs. THIS PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE!!
Once I receive the down payment, you will be added to my queue which can be viewed anytime on TrelloPayment Plans
I offer 3 options for payment plans
1. Full upfront - your slot will automatically be prioritized as first.2. Monthly Payment - After I've received the 30% down payment, you will pay a portion of the remaining balance every month until the commission is paid off (Cannot be longer than 6 months!)3. Half and Half - Half of the cost will be paid upfront, and the remaining half will be paid once the commission is complete.You will not receive your commission until it is fully paid off!Refund Policy / Cancelations
If you decide to back out of a commission before construction has started, I will refund everything except the 30% down payment.
If you decide to back out of a commission at any stage before completion, you will NOT receive the commission in any state. An appropriate percentage will be refunded depending on the stage of completion.
If you decide to back out when the commission is 100% complete but not paid off, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN and you will be blacklisted.
The commission will then be altered and sold as a premade.I reserve the right to reject a commission if it is too complicated for my skill, if it makes me uncomfortable, if you are being rude or threatening, or for any personal reason.
I also reserve the right to cancel a commission at any point during construction for those reasons. Depending on the state of the fursuit, an appropriate refund will be given.Shipping
I am currently shipping from California. Unfortunately I do not ship fursuits internationally, I will only ship inside the United States.
I am not responsible for any loss or damages.
You MUST pay for shipping costs BEFORE the package is mailed.I can also do local pick ups at conventions or meets! Please let me know beforehand if you'd like to arrange a local pick up.How to commission me
